The free tier has no price; the price of paid storage (announced at €0.10/GB-month, not open yet) is published on the pricing page (lakehousebox.com/pricing) stating whether tax is included.

Cookies: this website uses no cookies or equivalent device-storage technologies, performs no tracking or analytics, and loads no third-party resources. When you sign in on the account page (lakehousebox.com/app/), the LakehouseBox API sets one technical cookie per signed-in account, lhbox_rt_<account id>, strictly necessary to keep you signed in (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE, exempt from consent): it holds a random session identifier, is sent only to api.lakehousebox.com on the sign-in routes (/v1/auth), cannot be read by the page's scripts, is not shared with anyone, expires after 30 days without use and is deleted when you log out. It is not used for tracking or advertising. While a sign-in with Google is under way, the API also sets one strictly necessary cookie, lhbox_google, sent only to api.lakehousebox.com on /v1/auth/google: it holds, encrypted, the random values that tie Google's answer to the sign-in your browser started, and it is deleted when Google sends you back, or after 10 minutes.

Intellectual property: the software, design and texts of the site belong to Lakehousebox, S.L. or its licensors. Open-source components used by the service (Apache Iceberg, Caddy, DuckDB and others) remain under their own licences. Data that customers store in the service belongs to the customers.

Terms: use of the services is governed by the Terms of Service (lakehousebox.com/legal/terms), the Acceptable Use Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.

Governing law and courts: Spanish law; courts of Madrid, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rule.

Notices of unlawful content: hello@lakehousebox.com. Lakehousebox, S.L. is a hosting provider within the meaning of Art. 16 LSSI-CE.

Cookies: este sitio web no utiliza cookies ni tecnologías equivalentes de almacenamiento en el dispositivo del usuario, no realiza seguimiento ni analítica, y no carga recursos de terceros. Al iniciar sesión en la página de cuenta (lakehousebox.com/app/), la API de LakehouseBox establece una cookie técnica por cuenta con sesión iniciada, lhbox_rt_<identificador de la cuenta>, estrictamente necesaria para mantener la sesión iniciada (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE, exenta de consentimiento): contiene un identificador aleatorio de la sesión, solo se envía a api.lakehousebox.com en las rutas de inicio de sesión (/v1/auth), no es accesible desde scripts de la página, no se comparte con terceros, caduca tras 30 días sin uso y se elimina al cerrar la sesión. No se utiliza para seguimiento ni publicidad. Mientras está en curso un inicio de sesión con Google, la API establece además una cookie estrictamente necesaria, lhbox_google, que solo se envía a api.lakehousebox.com en /v1/auth/google: contiene, cifrados, los valores aleatorios que vinculan la respuesta de Google con el inicio de sesión que empezó su navegador, y se elimina cuando Google le devuelve a nuestra página, o a los 10 minutos.
